Our venue is conveniently located twenty minutes from downtown Raleigh NC, downtown Durham and Chapel Hill. It is also a short drive from RDU airport and surrounded by many hotel options. We house four rooms in varying sizes so that we can customize the space to make sure your event is a perfect fit! Please see room specifications to learn more about which space would be best for you. In addition to individual room rentals and full building rentals, we also offer a 'small half' rental which includes the large conference center and small conference rooms.

The Dogwood Ballroom (5,515 sqft) (max capacity 240) is our largest individual room and is the perfect venue for wedding receptions and ceremonies, corporate dinners and presentations, and other large gatherings. It is equipped with an optional stage, projector and screen, podiums, elaborate ceiling lighting and decor, lighting options and much more. (stage dimensions L 19' 10" X W 11' 7" X H 1' )
The Pine Room (1,042 sqft) is our second largest individual room that can be served as a conference center and is perfect for a more intimate wedding reception, ceremony or cocktail hour, corporate presentation or large meeting. This room has a wall that completely opens to a beautiful outdoor patio that could be used in a variety of ways.
Oak and Magnolia Rooms
Our Oak and Magnolia Rooms are available for smaller meetings, bridal showers, baby showers and other gatherings. These rooms also double as the bride and groom suites for weddings held at the venue. Each room comes with a large table, Apple TV, and optional pool table or ping pong table if desired. These rooms fit up to 15 people each.
