"My name is Kayla DePietro and I am one of the newest members of the Paramount team. I am a recent graduate of Meredith College with a degree in business with concentrations in marketing and event planning. I was born and raised here in North Carolina, though I do value the knowledge and different perspectives traveling to new places can give you. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to do something that served others and made their dreams a reality. I used to think it would be real estate and helping people find or create their dream homes. But I found event planning later in my high school career and decided to follow it all the way through college. I loved being able to show people the potential of what their events could be, what audiences they could reach, how a little goes a long way and seeing those through to fruition. This is just a small piece of making someone’s dreams come true and I now I’m excited to be apart of it."
